Join Us for the 2022 Hybrid Annual National Conference

Join us for the hybrid 2022 Annual National Conference, “Repositioning Childhood Education for Coping with National Emergencies,” taking place from August 08–12, 2022.

About the Conference

The conference theme reflects our current situations around the world and especially in Nigeria. The COVID-19 pandemic brought a lot of untold hardship to families and consequently to children globally, Nigeria is not excluded.

This is exacerbated in Nigeria by cases of national insecurity and emergencies such as banditry, kidnapping, rape, ritual killings, armed robbery, terrorism, and other related challenges.

The 2022 Annual Hybrid Conference will provide an opportunity for members, concerned organisations, and interested individuals to come together to discuss various emergency situations and explore ways by which they can be addressed.

The central focus is to contribute to ensuring adequate care, education, and a non-toxic environment for children in Nigeria, especially in circumstances where national emergencies threaten their wellbeing and educational development.
